At the AGM on 10th July 2008, it was agreed that the experimental league structure would be
made permanent, so that it did not have to be ratified every season. Anyone wishing to change it
in future will have to make a proposal. There are plans to change it for 2009-2010 with different grades
coming out from the ECF. However, for 2008-2009 the league will have five divisions, with a fifth division
being approved. The structure is as follows.

For reference, Alsager are expected to keep their Division 1 team as having
no suffix, so their Division 3 team will be Alsager A, Alsager B will play in Division
4 and Alsager C in Division 5.
Since the AGM, George Scattergood has been in contact with Martyn Harris and confirmed
Holmes Chapel will enter a 4th team in Division 3 and not Division 5 as first stated.
This team will be called Holmes Chapel Pawns.
